Summer holidays are here again!

 

Summer holidays have begun!!!

 

Its 8:30am down on the farm.

Little man has been moaning at me non stop since 6am.

 

 "I want to go out" 

 

So I broke and here we are.

 

 

We brought the good old bubbles. Who ever invented them was a god save to parents.

Little man has stolen my camera and is taking some pictures.

 

 

The smallest speck of microscopic rain spittle and the hood goes up.

 

My camera

I was given this second hand camera ages ago and haven't done much with it. There are so many buttons and settings on the thing, it makes my head spin. Now my little man is at pre school, I have a bit more free time and have decided to have a bit of fun taking some photos and learning how to use my camera properly.

I Googled my camera to see what it does and get a bit more information on it. There were lots of good reviews but wow the jargon these people are using is beyond me at the moment.

 

What the hell is  a "natty dynamic IS mode"? and unfortunately I don't know my optical zoom lens from my wide focal length. I definitely need the idiots version of the instruction manual.

Everyone is asleep early tonight, so decided to sit on the porch step with my cup of tea and take a photo of the beautiful full moon.

The past few days I've been so ill, couldn't stop being sick. The worst thing about being poorly is when you still have to look after an energetic 3 year old.

 

Had a sit out in the sun for awhile and took photo's on my phone to try and take my mind of feeling so grotty.
